What changed
The NeuroClearance program now has its own public home at neuroclearance.com. It explains what we are building and in what order, how we work, who is behind it and how to get involved. Alongside it is an open library of eighteen plain-language, source-cited explainers on how the brain maintains itself: clearance, energy, blood vessels, immunity and sleep; what goes wrong in Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and aging; the biology of longevity; and a digest of what has actually changed in brain-health science between 2023 and 2026.
Why a separate site
MNEOS is the institution and the method. NeuroClearance is one program inside it, with its own audience: people living with these conditions and their families, clinicians, researchers, collaborators and investors who need a plain, honest account of a research-stage effort. The two sites now link to each other, and this program page remains the record of milestones and open problems.
How it was made
The site, its library, its identity and its printed materials were researched, written, designed, built and deployed in a human–AI collaboration over a matter of days. The founder set the scope, the standards and every decision about what to say and what to leave out; AI collaborators did the reading, drafting, design iteration and construction; a person reviewed every page before release. We say this plainly because it is exactly the way of working MNEOS exists to prove.
What it deliberately does not say
The public site describes the hardware program in general terms and does not publish designs, operating parameters or protocols. Those stay private until results are ready for independent review. Claims are limited to what has been published or measured, and the research-stage status is stated on every page.
What comes next
Bench testing and measurement characterization over the coming weeks, with results published through these field notes as they are produced, including what does not work.
Limitations
This is a program announcement, not a measured result. The launch changes how the program communicates; it does not change the state of the evidence.
