What changed
Helicon Defense was founded within NuvoNexus, LLC and has spun out as Helicon Defense, Inc., an independent Delaware corporation. It licenses selected Ukrainian and allied defense technologies and manufactures them for U.S. and allied customers. NuvoNexus, LLC remains the operating home of MNEOS and DOS, and MacroVation continues to build and manufacture for U.S. defense customers. The ecosystem description on the MNEOS home page now reflects this structure.
Why it matters here
MNEOS is the method and the memory shared across these organizations. A clear corporate map matters to the people who evaluate them, including customers, partners and investors, so we keep the public record current when the structure changes.
Why this work is done
In the founder's words: “I do not do anything for money. I do it for cause, mission, purpose, and making a difference. Money is what helps you make that difference.” That is the standard each program in this ecosystem is held to: the mission comes first, and capital is the instrument that lets the work reach the people it is meant to serve.
Limitations
This is a structural and statement-of-purpose note, not a measured result. Program statuses on this site are unchanged by it; the Neuroclearance bench prototype remains in development and claims of benefit follow evidence.
